Colors, make-ups, hair styles, leather and fantasies all came together at this year’s Folsom street fair. The day was gorgeous golden and the wind was just enough to keep the atmosphere from getting hot. Young ladies in fancy dresses and flaunting their Japanese style fashion umbrellas lined up for the photographers.
