I have had my pictures copied by many people. Most of them had either the courtesy to either let me know or to refer to my post. Since the early 1960s, the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie factory has been shipping hand made fortune cookies to San Francisco. The lady here, one of the three workers, is making chocolate flavored fortune cookies. She makes them one by one – as the machine bakes them, she has to pick up the half done cookies, fold them, put the fortune inside and cool them off. The Pipa is a very traditional ancient instrument dating back to about 200 BC. Dan Dan also plays other stringed instruments, however the day I met her in Chinatown, she was entertaining the crowds with her melodious tunes on her pipa.

Update: Faces from San Francisco (0607-001) on Photoduniya.com
I did not meet Frank Chu in China Town of San Francisco, but I did meet a china man, who seemed to be tremendously influenced by Frank’s self promotional techniques and proclaimed a busy corner of China Town all to himself and unveiled his Bush bashing.
