I have heard them being called by many names. Menace Riders, Yellow Menace and all. And for the most part these names could have some meaning in the minds of tourists and pedestrians who try to wiggle through the crowded streets. Especially during the mornings and the evenings, when the office workers rush to go home, these taxi cabs could be a real danger.
