Nikon D300 battery issues reported (EN-EL3e)

Some of the Nikon D300 users have reported battery issues with their EN-EL3e battery. Even when fully charged, the battery seems to die out after a few frames. Nikon is looking into the problem, but they have given a temporary work around.
